One who doesn't know what they wish to major in, or do with their life. JSU is a very progressive school, and wants to fast-track you to where you're going next. If you don't know what you want to do, they will do their best to help you, but ultimately, you should already know before you enter in.

The undedicated, unambitious, and close-minded individual should steer clear of Jacksonville State University. There is no room for the fresh-out-of-highschool student who is attached to old friends and old ways of life. Individuals who are not goal-oreinted and give up easily are not suited for the environment and atmosphere of Jacksonville State University.

If you are a shy, non-outgoing downer you should not attend JSU. Even though they will try everything in their power to get you to have a good time you would not enjoy it here. JSU is a place for fun, unbeat, spontaneous people. Its great!

I feel that anyone should be able to attend any school.

ANyone who wants to be in a smaller area. People intrested in a great marching band or music department.

This school, being in rural Alabama, is not very open to different lifestyles. Gay and lesbian people should definately stay away. Liberals and people who like to be able to think for theirselves should also think twice before attending. There is also a lot of racism at this school.

I would say someone who isn't interested in getting the full college experience shouldn't attend JSU. Jacksonville State University accepts many different types of students, however, a majority of the student body is proud to be here and proud that they go to JSU!

Lazy people and those who qualify to harvard or something
