It is not very diverse. My school is probably over 90{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} Caucasian. I really like to be around different people, even though the school celebrates different cultures, the student body isn't diverse.
The worst thing would have to be the small social network. There aren't many groups or campus functions.
The worst thing about Jefferson is the Reid building which houses almost all of the classrooms and the residential hall. The building is in terrible condition and just needs to be torn down. The residential hall which is housed on the top three floors of Reid are not in the best condition for living in. A new building needs to be built for the classrooms, staff rooms and the residential hall.
The admissions office. I was put on the wrong waiting list after repeatedly telling the counselor which one I wanted to be placed on, I even emailed it to her to be sure. THEN, another employee from admissions withdrew my deposit because for some reason she thought I told her that I did not want to attend college. After talking to her on the phone she finally looked up the emails that I sent her and saw that she was wrong. They need to realize that they are not messing up someone's order at Burger King - its my life.
