JCC is filled with a diverse group of students. There are returning, non-traditional students, as well as those fresh out of high school. Everyone that I have had contact with is very friendly and willing to help others. (On my very first day I was lost and another student walked me all the way across campus.) There is a variety of races and cultures, as well as a large group of military related persons due to close proximity to the base.

My classmates generally graduated from the high schools in the area, they are grouped from the cliques they had in high school, which makes the experience at this college seem greatly like I'm still in high school.
