This school does not have on-campus housing, so therefore it does not have the same atmosphere as most colleges and universities. There is not as much of a sense of community and actually feeling part of a real college.
The kind of person that shouldn't attend Calhoun Community College is someone who wants to explore, be social, and has a natural sense of curiosity of their surroundings. It is an easy-going environment. I would tell someone who wants to be pushed to their limits to go to a four year college. Calhoun get very much like a routine and gets boring. Move away and meet new people because the people here are the ones that you have seen your whole life and there are no social events that coincide with this college.
Anyone not serious about learning for their future.
