They hold all the students at a high standard: to dress and act profesionally, to do your best and to learn as much as possible. We either have uniforms(if you're in culinary labs) or you are wearing buisness etire, the teachers and students expect you to look your best and have nice clean, pressed uniforms at every class. But being held to this high standard is not a bad thing, it is getting us ready for the buisness world.

Most students have a four day work week. No Friday classes! (Optional) Also, we have Trimesters and get 10 days off for thanksgiving break and spring break. Our campus is in Uptown Charlotte and we get exposed to local business professionals and professional sports teams. We have a professional dress policy and we have diversity.

I brag about the 11-week terms. I love that I start school in September, after all of my friends start. My "semester" is actually a trimester, since we have three 11-week terms. This makes the year go by faster, but still gives me time to absorb what each class is teaching.
