What's the one thing you wish someone had told you about freshman year?


I wish I had known how to better deal with the financial aid office. JCJC is a great school. I love everything about it EXCEPT for the financial aid office. Every other department is great and willing to help you.


I wish that I knew the teachers and the subjects they taught. The location of the different classes.


I wish I had known how important my high school GPA is in college. It wasn't clear to me until I enrolled and realized that Jones offers great scholarships for hard working students.

I wish I would have known how important it was to study and listen hard in high school. Students do not realize that high school is important in the lifes of young people and how it will affect them in college. It would be much easier to pass all my classes if I would have just paid a little more attention in high school. Now it takes more time out of the day to study for stuff I should already know how do to.
