I love it at KCKCC. I was able to finally earn my Associates after a few different attempts in previous years at more "prestigious" colleges, but they did not care as much. While at KCKCC there were tutors available to me and other students. There were also scholarship opportunities, one that I qualified for so I could finish my degree.
Kansas City Kansas Community College was a wonderful experience. I love most of the faculty there. They were so supportive and they found a lot of ways to help me. KCKCC was like another home for me. I had so much of family there and it makes me want to cry every time I talk about them because they mean that much to me. They have made such an impact in my life. I did not think that I would like the school that much but I wind up loving it. KCKCC will never be forgotten.
I honestly love Kansas City Kansas Community College. I have attended this college on two different occasions and each and every time a student needs help there is always a staff or faculty member willing to help. The staff is always very friendly and also informative. The professors are always on time, they are very understanding and always available. They even give you their cell phone numbers to help over the phone. Each and every work assignment is explained thoroughly and there is also an example. Overall I am very pleased with KCKCC.
I think this is a great school and I believe this is where I will find my success majoring for business. Kansas City Kansas Community College is the place where everyone can communicate and interact in a friendly manner which I think is one of the best things for this school.
The fall 2020 acceptance rate for Kansas City Kansas Community College is 100%. That means, out of _____ applications received in 2020 , _____ students were offered admission. The number of males who applied was _____ vs the number of females which was _____.
I would tell myself that there is no such thing as over preparing for a test. Notetaking is essential. I would also tell myself to become more involved in High School Activites to better prepare myself for the Social Dynamic of College Classmates. I would tell myself to read a wider range of book genres, newspapers, and magazines to give myself a greater knowledge base for topics in and out of the class room.
My school is very flexible and cooperative with online classes.
It is around alot of things you have more oppurtunities and alot of student activities. Teachers are pretty laid back as long as you try. There is student police on campus 24/7.
I brag about how my school is not in your business and all about gossip like many other smaller private colleges or high schools. I also brag about the academic and athletic staff. I have enjoyed both very much.
Every class grade will stay with you forever. Make sure to take each class seriously or else you will end up paying more in the long run in time and money. You can be successful in everything as long as you put in a little more effort than you feel is necessary. It's always better to do more and do better than to do the minimum and sell yourself short.
The Teachers and staff are the best.
The most frustrating thing about Kansas City Community College is that their website is always under construction. In order to get anything done (i.e. enrolling, ordering books, and financial aid) you have to physically go up to the school. I have found that thier website has many dead links as well.
My classmates appear to be happy.
They are very well known for offering degrees and programs that most people think are only available at universities.
The school seems to never be on top of things the same person will tell you three different answers to you questions they change things everyday. They are not organized. They will tell you in the dorms you will have your own bedroom and then three months later say you have to share a room with someone.
Anyone! It is a very diverse campus. There are people from several ethnic groups, several activities and clubs, and everyone is friendly!
Close minded.
