Some the brightest and most genuine people I ever met were fellow Kent State students.

As a music education major, most of my classmates are music students. These students are usually great people aside from those previously mentioned. They are hard working individuals who are always offering help to others. As music students, we tend to flock together and be there for each other and our recitals performed at the school. I will be joining the marching band next year and it could be best described as "what other class can you have 100+ instant friends?" I am anticipating a great upcoming semester.

My classmates overall are friendly fun people who like to work hard but still have fun.

I would describe my classmates as a rich and colorful spring dish; with each ingredient representing different hopes, dreams, and asperations.

In the majority of my classes, my classmates do not participate. Sometimes we will have good discussions but for the majority of classtime, it is the professor talking. In my Honors classes, which are smaller, I have friends that I talk to and have good discussions with.

Kent State has a wide variety of diverse students on campus, in every single class there are people from all of the U.S and even over seas with different ethnic background, race, and color.

My classmates are well educated students who want to make something of their lives and have careers that make a difference.

Everyone gets along well, but sometimes you'll have a select few that judge before they meet you. The school spirit here is great, theres always a large amount of students at the sports events and activities on campus. In class, students give respect to other classmates and for the most part they won't over step thier boundaries.

In my major the classmates are close and care about their work and want to strive hard to do their best. There are some students, like always, that don't care as much as others. They are very dedicated, which you have to be to be in the Interior Design program here at KSU. Other students outside of the major are always seen studying in the student center or at the library until it closes at 2 A.M. every night. Overall, KSU students seem dedicated to their work and want to do their very best.

Sometimes I feel as though my classmates do not appreciate their education for all it is worth.

At first colleg was a scary thing to me, I always knew I wanted to go and further my education but leaving home was a different story. When I arrived at Kent State I was surprised to see all the actitives available to meet new friends and staff members. The first activity i attended was called KSEA where i got to meet and talk to all the people inrolled in the teaching program. It was a rewarding experience to meet new friends and choosing Kent State was the best decision I have made thus far.

Well i only know about twenty classmates. I would say that everyone understands that school comes first but every week people are eager for the weekend so they can be free from the constraints of home work and labs, ect. Other many traits that i see in my classmates are that they rely on each other alot. Whether its not taking notes or something that is in the area of helping with academics. I see my classmates as my colleagues because one day they will be.

The past two years at Kent State University have been incredible. My classes and classmates play a huge role in how satisfied I have been. Most of my classmates in general ed classes seemed extremely shallow and I spent a lot of time wondering why they were even in college because they didn't seem to understand how to take notes or take care of themselves without their parents. However, in my anthropology classes, I've found people I like and feel connections to much more.
