I wish I would have know there was a very small amount of class I have to choose from.
I wish that i would have known that it would be so small. The fact that all of the students are commuters makes it seem even smaller because people are only on campus when they need to be.
I wish I would have known how much extra work goes into the classes. People have told me how much they are studying, but I thought it was an exaggeration. It was not.
I wish that I would have known how important it is to have organizational skills. I definitely needed to brush up on this before I came to college, but quickly learned how to manage all of my work and papers.
I wish I knew how great the teachers were and how much education I had gotten. The faculty is incredibly nice and helpful
In all honesty there is not a single thing which I wish I would have known prior to coming to school. My intention behind attending this institution to confront my ignorance in regards to a wide variety of topics. Though over the course of the past few years, I have had to confront a multitude of ardous intellectual feats, I am exceptionally grateful fo the opportunity and what I have learned.
My only regret was that I didn't look in to their Honor's Program sooner. I was still able to join, but I was too late to apply for the freshman honor's scholarship.
I wish I had known a little bit more about their Honors Program. I am currently a part of the program now but I didn't know anything about it before I showed up for testing and they suggested I apply. I love the program I just feel completely new to it and I'm learning a lot as I go.
I wish I had known about this campus SOONER than when I found it. It is a wonderful campus and I am learning a lot for less cost than at the main campus. However, it does add up quickly, even at a regional campus tuition rate...so I wish I had known to start applying for scholarships as soon as I came back to school.
I wish I had known a few more people before I came to this school. It's a really nice school, but I'm the type pf person who would rather go to a school where I know a few people.
I wish I would have known what degree I wanted to persue, so I could have taken the right classes in the beginning.
I wish would've known how the atmosphere of Kent State University made my learning that much more enjoyable. You kind of feel like you're at a park. It is quiet. There is not too much going on around you because it is not over crowded. And, Kent State sets up some festive events that make it even more enjoyable.
I really wish I went to Kent Stark my first year instead of going to the main campus, I could have saved a lot of money by commuting. I also wish I followed my dream to work with animals instead of exploring other subjects -because after two years of wasting time as an exploratory student I now I want to go into veterinary technology.
i wish i had known how much work was involved with goin to school.
Before I came to this school I wish people would have told me not to be scared to grow up.
I wish I would have known about all of the academic resources that are available around campus. The University offers things such as free tutoring, career counseling, academic advising, and many other things to ensure student's success.
I wish i would have known that there was such a big difference between high school and college. In high school i never really studied, and everything came so easy to me. I never had to take it that seriously, and it was more about the social scene. Now i have to take really good notes and study all the time . It was a hard adjustment at first, but got easier as the semester went on.
I wish I would have known that college is a lot more studying than high school. Study time in college is very crutial to being a success. In high school I hardly had to study, where as in college you need to be a lot more involved with what your doing. Dont get me wrong though im still having a lot of fun.
