LaGrange College is a private college in the city of LaGrange, Ga. I describe it as warm and welcoming. We are a small but private campus but entirely we all stick together. It is a great community. You can feel safe and cared for. The staff is great. I feel comfortable asking questions and they give upright receptacle responses. From tons of great activities to be involved into great clubs and sports. The campus is overall amazing!
The school is way too expensive. Hundreds of their students go into debt just to pay them back. I love the professor because they’re super helpful, but I really can’t afford to keep going here and it stresses me out. I’ve made a lot of friends here, and I know there are some who will be lifelong.
I think LaGrange college is a wonderful place to attend and can't wait to see what is out there for me around campus and in class. The professors are extremely flexible and will do whatever they can to help students out as well as other staff members.
Its a nice school with a small campus and class size which works for me meaning I can get more attention from my professors and become closer with my classmates. Most people think of more mainstream schools with large classes and teachers that tell you their office hours but are rarely there for them. Or classes so big no one notices if you are at class or not. That is why I like LaGrange College.
The fall 2020 acceptance rate for LaGrange College is 57%. That means, out of _____ applications received in 2020 , _____ students were offered admission. The number of males who applied was _____ vs the number of females which was _____.

How friendly the staff and other students are. It's nice to know that those people are nice because it comforts me.
There isn't a lot of racial diversity- mostly white and middle-class.
LaGrange College is dedicated to the success of their students.
I wish I would of known how difficult the school really is and that there is not much to do around the campus.
A person who thinks this school is going to be somewhat of a big party instead of a learning invironment.
As a United Methodist College, Lagrange strives to achieve higher academic and intellectual results from the students. Its primary method of achieving this is by submerging the student in a cultural diverse social environment where they are faced with new perspectives on a constant basis. Furthermore, the close knit community truly prepares the student for a life in a "down to earth" productive society. The scholastic excellence of the colleges 13-1 student-teacher ratio creates a truly superb learning experience as well. However, the true beauty in the institution, lies in its ability to bring various cultured students together.
My best friends.
I find LaGrange unique because everyone is very sociable. When I first visited the campus I saw that everyone enjoyed being here and they had a passion for this college. It made me feel secure in my decision of coming to LaGrange.
Students who are enthusiastic about academics as well as campus involvment should attend LaGrange. Here, these two departments go hand-in-hand. Students who are active in and outside the classroom tend to be more well-rounded, sucessful graduates. Students who rank partying and drinking high on their priority list should not attend LaGrange because it is impossible to do your best and succeed. LaGrange is committed to enriching lives academically as well as extracurricularly and we want students who emulate these desires.
