Anyone who is interested in in furthering their understanding of visual communication focusing on the human figure and harcore fundamentals . This school is perfect for the aspireing artist interested in art history, particularly western art. LCAD's location is second to none as it offers many avenues for networking in the cities historicly art based culture. From the Sawdust Festival and the monthly Artwalks showcasing many local and globaly recognized artists, to the aesthetic beauty of Laguna beaches natural surroundings there is no shortage of inspirtation. Coupled with small inimate classes, this is the best art school there is.

You should attend this school if you are interested in a small, quaint environment, if you like a close community of students (there are only about 300), and professors that are able to get personal work done with you. If you are the type of person who likes to get heard, come here: there is plenty of opportunity to voice your opinion and get feedback on it too! This school is for those with great interest in the fine arts, but there is also a great game art and graphic design major.
