What's the one thing you wish someone had told you about freshman year at Lake Land College?

I wish I had known what to expect. My mother never really prepared me for anything. And the first class I had I was so nervous I thought I would have a panic attack. I wish I would have known that its not so bad; especially since this is a community college and not a big university. I also wish I would have known to relax more, and have better organizational skills. My first semester I did not have a planner, and I have no idea how I made it without one.

I wish i would have known about the teachers and their backgrounds. That way i would have been better prepared to take their classes and know their teaching styles.
