What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?

Laura

The main campus of my school is in Plymouth, Wisconsin; however, there are multiple satellite campuses throughout the state. I attend one of the smaller campuses in Green Bay, Wisconsin, so I feel as though I miss out on some of the benefits of being a part of the main campus. There is very little opportunity for student involvement at this campus, which greatly diminishes the potential for being more involved in campus life.

Tanya

The worst thing isn't even that bad. I have been an untraditional student for a few years now, and the hardest part is not getting to know your professors or students. I love that I can do my classes at home, but I sometimes do miss the classroom setting.

Rebecca

the location is in the middle of nowhere, a cornfield to be exact. Not alot of activities for a person to do off of campus without driving.

Blaine

The worst thing about lakeland is in the winter the snow blows around alot and drifts so you may need to invest in a pair of boots!

Jennifer

We're kind of in the middle of a corn field..but they do a great job of providing services for students who don't have transportation into town!

Brittany

Some of the living areas are starting to look pretty run down. Lakeland College is an older college and some of the dorms have been around for probably 50+ years and were never updated. Also, I would like to see a little more variety in food choices. A lot of the meals are loaded with carbs and don't include a lot of vegetables. There could be a few more choices for vegetarians. Right now there is usually one dish per meal, besides the salad bar. I would like to see more variety.
