Lancaster Bible College is an extremely friendly and accepting campus. Students are kind, and professors are always willing and eager to help you. The campus is small, but beautiful. I feel that the classes really are helpful in preparing students to go into life and prepare for whatever is ahead of them.
Overall, LBC is a great college to attend. Going here is shaping me into the well-rounded, confident, spiritually driven person I am. The atmosphere is welcoming and encouraging. The faculty here treats students as their own. The professors are great and always ready to help. Awesome place for awesome people who love an awesome God.
I have really enjoyed attending here, mostly because of the community feel of the school. Sometimes, the classes can be tougher than I was expecting, but they push you, which is good. There have been tough parts to this year, but I have been so grateful for the support that I have received from the student body. I would highly recommend this school to anyone considering going.
I love the college. It has an amazing Christian atmosphere, which helps me grow both academically and spiritually. Dear Sarah, College can be a big change. One of the things that you can do to prepare yourself is to ask what do I want to be in the next year? What are the changes or growth I need to make to be the person that I want to be? As much as you dream that college will change you to who you want to be, you will still be the same person, have the same quirks and struggles. Sure, you will change from who you were in high school, but growth won't happen unless you make the effort. So go ahead and start making the transition now to who you want to be. If there are relationships you want to keep from high school and beyond, be intentional about them. If there are habits you want to make or break, start now. Growth just doesn't happen just because you go to college, but because you make the effort to change wherever you are. Your years at college can make or break who you want to be as a person. I'm eager for your growth and change to college! the college student, Sarah
Lancaster Bible College is certainly not your party school or frat house. As the name suggests this is a Bible college and only persons serious about their faith and religion should consider going here. That being said this college boasts a wide variety of people from all walks of life including; musicians, artists, preachers and teachers. If you are the kind of person who is perhaps a little on the conservative side, likes community service and outreach and a place to belong, then this is the place for you. God Bless.
You have to play in sport or do school activities to be noticed. Plus, it is too expensive and the school does not have lots of scholarships.
The professors do care about our lives both in and outside of the classroom. the professors are extremely approachable. The size of my school is wonderful, and I can get to know many people. The athletic games are fun to watch and our Women's soccer team was basically undefeated- Go Chargers. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
The fact that I can graduate in five years with my master's degree
My classmates are determined, striving to succeed in all that they do, and they encourage others in order that those students around them may also accomplish great things in all that they do, both in and out of the classroom.
The most frustrating thing about our school is most likely the food. Overall it is decent but there are just some days where you feel like no matter what you pick food wise it could be a wrong choice.
My school is known for the great education that it gives to each student. It is also recognized for having one of the best professors anyone could ask for, they are loving, caring and willing to go that extra mile for anyone. This school has such a easy to breathe atmosphere and beautiful people to have everlasting friendships with. It is ran by one of the best presidents any school could ask for. He interacts with students and demostrates a great loving character to every person he encounters. This place will help anyone stretch in many new ways.
Those who don't want to grow in there faith or don't have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Those who also dont have a lifestyle that is honoring should reconsider a differernt college.
My school is a place of great community with wonderful professors and staff who genuinely care about students. The classes can be rough, so much can be learned. There are a veriety of majors to choose from both in and out of ministry, but all equip you for work in ministry.
I wish I had known more about the services on campus.
The combination of small classrooms paired with Christian professors who understand where you are and where you want to get with your education makes this unique. My social work professor continues to be a person who I can come back to for guidance and advice!
