This school definitely is a small school in every way. We are a tight-knit community. Lawrence is smaller than my high school. If you don't like the idea of recognizing most people on campus, this wouldn't be a good school for you. Also, we have small classes, so you can't disappear in a crowded lecture hall. Because of our size you get a lot more attention from your professors and fellow students that you would at a large school.
