I am honestly a big fan of Los Medanos. I think the counselors are helpful and majority of my professors have been good. I think the campus itself is pretty nice. I like that there is also a lot of flexibility with schedules. As someone that works full time, it is helpful to have good accommodations so I can get all my credits for my degree.

Nathan - 08/18/2023

My opinion is that they are a great school, but the students in my community are deprived of appropriate funding because the state of California is giving all the help to people who shoot crack and are pedophiles apparently. we had a one-time covid grant that I really wish we could still have had access to because it helped me get a new laptop for school and now mine is outdated in performance.

Trung - 01/08/2021

It's a great school for those who are trying to save up for a four-year university. The professors there are easily accessible due to the smaller classrooms so it is easy to get help. There are quite a few extra activities outside of campus but for the most part this school is great for just gaining an education.

Los Medanos College has fantastic teachers who genuinely care about their students. There are many opportunities such as joining MESA, PUENTE, and other programs.
