What's the one thing you wish someone had told you about freshman year at Macon State College?

What I wish I would have known about Macon State College is how helpful the school was in offering tutoring and the interest this school has had in the success of their students. I also wish I could have known how comfortable I was going to be and didn't have to be worried about verbal abuse of the staff and faculty.

As a college freshmen, I did not know what to really expect on the first day. I was ready for the classes but not ready for the social life. I wish I would have known more people on campus before I statred the semester. I am a shy person if I feel umcomfortable so I rarely spoke in the halls. Now I speak to every person that walks past me.

Before coming to this school I wish I knew how much it was going cost me. Coming to a school that wasnt well known outside the state of Georgia, I underestimated the cost.
