You get what you put into it here. If you are looking for a place where your education is entirely fed to you and your hand needs to be held for everything, then this isn't the place for you. There could be room for improvement here but it's up to you to make it. A recent example of this attitude happened in the sustainable living department. A few students felt the school wasn't really "walking their talk" when it came to the building infrastructure. Instead of leaving, they took things into their own hands. They wrote up a proposal to the school where they would take a semester off to work on putting in sky lights, re-wiring the class rooms to be more efficient, and some other structural ideas. This was passed and they received pay for doing this as well as valuable experience and credit.
