I wish I would have known that just because it is a Christian college doesn't mean that everyone is going to be and act like a Christian. It really caught me off guard at first, but I learned that it's all who you associate yourself with that really matters and you don't have to be around those other people.

I was quite nervous when I packed my bags to head to Malone. I constantly heard horror stories from friends older than me about robberies and unfriendly people that you might encounter at college. But I wish that I would have talked to a student that actually went to my school. I've never been to a place so welcoming and safe. I've truely had an easy and fun time fitting in here and getting to know my fellow classmates. I could have spent all of my summer being excited for school instead of nervous.

I really wish I had known more about by department, what the professors are like and classes.

That there was very little diversity and that my faith would not be challenged to grow.
