Mansfield University is best known for its Music Department. Our music department is one of the best in the state if not the best. Many students fight for spots in the music department. To even get into the department you have to audition. Our music department is top of the line they want they very best and they expect the best.

Mansfield is best known for being scenic and small. The mountain views are beautiful in any season and are wonderful for relieving stress. There is also a fair amount of wildlife around for city folk like me. I have seen skunk, deer, groundhogs, and such right on campus, which is great for anyone who loves nature. The size of the campus is great as well. Professors are able to give students one on one time and most are friendly enough to treat each student as a worthy individual. Some will go out of their way to help a student.

Mansfield University is best known for its one on one ethics in the class room and on campus. Class sizes are small, so each student is known by their name, and not a number. Mansfield offers over 100 student run organizations that keeps our diverse student body involved on campus and within the community. We are surrounded by hundreds of acres of preserved Pennsylvania state land, and our one traffic light town gives the warm community feeling that everyone knows each other. Mansfield isn't just a school, it is a home away from home.

My school is best know for the nursing, teaching, and mostly music departments. This school is very strong in the arts and provides many musical activities. Though I feel the classes are not too easy but not too difficult, it is also known for being fairly easy to get into.

Best Track and field team, both men and women basketball team, women soccer team. and many more. professor are involve with students. hundred percent campus involvement. many learning opportunities. stuff and fuculity are concern about student learning. good communication skills, very nice campus view. quiet and safe area to study.

We're known for our marching band - The Spirit and the Pride of PA.. the music department is the biggest on campus, criminal justice, education, business ,and communications. Our radio station is well-known and our sports teams as well. We are the only state school that participates in Sprint Football where we compete against schools like Cornell, Army, Navy, etc.
