I entered college as a non-traditional student, already in the work force and a parent of three children. I wish I had realized just how challenging college life was going to be., especially in a college world designed more for students who are transitioning in from high school, and less for students who are already living in the "real world".

Before coming o this school I wish I would have been better equipped to be away from my faimly. All of my family lives 2 hours away from the school and living on camous away from them can be stressful and lonely at times.

Most of the poeple are very country. They are nice, but it was a bit of a culture shock coming from a city. There is not a lot to do in the town, you usually have to drive to New York. This means you will likely need a car. However, I have plenty of fun doing other things with my friends while still in Mansfield.

I wish I would have known a better sequence of classes for graduating on time.

I wish I would have known more about the school's dance team because I wished to continue pursuing my love for dance while aquiring my degree in nursing. It turned out in my favor though because I was able to join the cheerleading squad which allowed me to pursue a new passion.

I wish I would have known how cold and windy it can be outside, and how hot it can be inside. This weather is crazy! I also wish I knew more about the politics of this school.

Before I attended Mansfield University, I wish I would have known more about where it was located, because the small town just isn't for me. I also wish I would have known more about activities so I could get invloved and meet new people. My thoughts of going to Mansfield University were totally different than I had expected, and I wish I would have known what it was really like to live here before I chose to come.

I wish I had known about the school when I first graduated high school.

I wish I had known more about the outdoors. Growing up, I never experienced the true nature of the outdoors, and Mansfield offers an environment full of one on one interaction with mother nature.

i wish i would have known more about the conditions of the facilities. Some of these facilities are getting old and they are definately showing their age. other than that the University has been a pleasant surprise.
