What's the most frustrating thing about your school?

Janice

The School of Nursing is a bit behind the times. They are doing their best to catch up with the rest of the professional nursing world, but they still have a ways to go. In influx of "new blood" would benefit them greatly.

I like me school a lot. There's nothing at Marymount University that frustrates me.

The most frustrating thing about my school is like with many other schools, MONEY!!!!! Because I am in a 2nd degree program, there is little to no financial aide available. I believe because I am studying to be in a profession that is prestigious and iat the same time has a shortage, there should be more aide given to individuals who are able and willing to work in the healthcare industry. Becoming a nurse guarantees continuing my education, job stability, and a chance to provide care to individuals in need.

the student health center here is rather unhelpful with most issues, but rather pushy. They try to get you to come in all the time if you come in once with an illness and every time they ask you to come in they minimize your symptoms and tell you there is nothing they can do. They are rude and condescending and even though they tell you the same thing all the time and never do anything they want you to come in and dont understand why you wouldnt want to.
