Mercer County Community College, in my opinion, is meant for people who want to figure out their plan for the future. The community college is great for people who: don't know exactly what they want to do, don't have the financial ability to go to a 4 year school or want to transfer. Personally speaking, I didn't have the money to attend the school I had chosen, so I'm attending Mercer for a year. And hopefully transferring to the Fashion Institute for graphic design!
Any student who would prefer to stay local and not have too much pressure in the early stages of learning.
Community colleges are a great way for any student, without restrictions. Most young adults do not have a clear idea about what paths in life they want to follow. Community colleges offer an economic solution in career exploration. One can choose to "try on" as many career-path interests as they can without causing significant financial debt, irregardless of their financial situation.
