I choose to go to this school primarily because of its location. Michigan Tech is located in the Keewenaw Peninsula of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Recreational and outdoor activities are vast here, which influenced my decision to come here.
I came to Michigan Tech because of how well known it is and how beautiful the campus is!
Michigan Tech has one of the best programs for those of you who wish to be an engineer. The size of the school also played a part, I didn't want to have to walk ten miles to get to class.
When I took a tour in my junior year I just had a feeling that this was my school (no joke!) and seeing campus during fall was just amazing!! I loved the amount of student life I could see just from that small tour. Also having a diploma in anything computer related from Michigan Tech is pretty impressive.
