I love that everyone at Missouri Southern is so welcoming. I've felt safe and accepted there from the moment I stepped on to campus and I couldn't be happier with my school.
The best thing about MSSU is that it gives me the skills lacking in an immigrant. I learn how to speak, how to communicate, and how to adapt to the local community.
I have a good relationship with all the professors in my department. If am wanting of an opportunity in my department it is easy to get. Since there the campus is small there are alot of opportunities to lead and excel. There is a lot of room to grow here.
The philisophical outlooks the teachers bring to the class. This outlook has brought my attention to a different level of understanding.
Small class size and individual attention from the teacher.
I chose MSSU because it is in my home town and relatively cheap, since I am paying my way through college, that was what I wanted. I like the size of the school and the classes. I also like that most of my friends stayed here for school as well. Medical Programs here are not too hard to get into and have a good reputation around this area, so I am almost certain to have a job in my field of study when I graduate, that is a huge bonus for me.
The fact that I can communicate with the students and faculty very easily. Everybody is very friendly and are willing to help.
The small class sizes allow for more one-on-one relationships between students and professors.
I like the closeness and small class sizes.
The small class size because it allows the professors to know eaxh one of the students individually.
The small classes, it allows for more interaction with the professors and with classmates. The professors assign alot of group projects so you really learn how to work with other people in a group and accomplish set deadlines.
