I don't think Missouri Western State University is known for much at all. We often get confused with Mizzou by people who don't know the school.

Our school is known for giving students who can't get into larger colleges a chance to grow and learn from a very experienced faculty who cares about making students better.
Stay true to what you went to college for and focus. Devote yourself to acoomplishing that task. Get involved and learn from others what to do as well as what not to do. Get to know your professors very well and what they require from you in order to succeed in their class. Work and take advantage of all the resources available.
