Monmouth College Top Questions

What's the most frustrating thing about your school?

Zachary

The fact that if you don't have a car, you don't have anyway to get to places. The college is located in a small town and there is nothing to do on weekends that is off campus and in walking distance.

Hope

The most frustrating thing about my school is the lack of focus on research by individual students.

Kyle

I definitely believe that Monmouth College is deficient in regard to the range of diversity present in its student body. While the school celebrates its accomplishments in promoting gender equality (being one of the first postsecondary institutions to admit women), it needs to focus its efforts on recruiting students from underrepresented minority groups. In particular, emphasis should be placed on expanding the assortments of races/ethnicities and sexual orientations found on campus.

Rodney

Slow internet.

Emily

The most frustrating thing about my school is one of the professors that I am stuck with until the end of the semester. The second most frustrating thing would be the amount of work for students in the teacher education department program.

Chelsea

There's nothing to do most of the time. Its in the middle of nowhere. Finding a job is terribly tough and there's a lot of homework.
