I would have like to know more about the career counseling services that were available. I have 105 credits and I am currently taking a business class at the Monroe County Community College and I am enrolled for three classes at Siena Heights. I would have liked more direction in the pursuit of a career. I am pursuing a multi disciplinary major at Siena Heights to help bring my credits from Monroe community College in to some form of a bachelor’s degree.
I wish I would have known how much more difficult college was than high school. I think it would have helped me transition better from high school to college. I say this because I was not prepared for the change of pace and how much more I needed to study in college than I did in high school. I thought the knowledge would come natural to me like in high school. I wish my high school could have offered college classes in the school classrooms so they could help prepare us more for college.
