Montgomery County Community College Top Questions

Sometimes when its really inclimate weather, I dont think the school takes into consideration that the students have to commute to get to class. Therefore they don't cancel class, and students that can't make it miss that day.

The only bad thing about the school is the parking situation. They need to make more parking spaces closer to the school.

The worse thing about MONTCO is that they are not a four year college. The programs and oppurntunies they have to offer are very helpful and amazing for the school to only be a community college. MONTCO is rated as a great community college for the tution due and a lot of colleges/universities accept credits from this college because of their high ratings. If they were a four year school,the programs and oppurtunities would benefit me in working towards my bachelor's degree for the minor tution fee.

The Biotech program is fairly young so the class times are limited.

The worst thing is that I am 15 years older than 95{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} of the people in my classes. I have a hard time realting to the younger generation and have therefore made no friends. I also wish that there was more of a variety in the night classes. I have a hard time finding the classes I need at night.

I am very pleased with the education at Montgomery County Comunity College, but i wish it offered more then an associates in Nursing. I am a Sophmore and have aboout 2 semesters left till I complete my RN, but I will continue to a 4 year college to obtain my B.S.N. It would be more convienient if they could possibly have a contract with a alternative university so I can finish my degree at MCCC.
