What is the stereotype of students at your school? Is this stereotype accurate?

Brandi

I had never come across a stereotype of the students that attended this school before I had. I had always heard that the school was a very good school and well respected, and I have learned that myself as I have attended Morehead over the past several semesters.

I do not think there are any stereotypes for the students at our school. We have such a variety of students so there is no way possible for there to be a particular stereotype.

M.S.U. students are typically stereotyped as poor, and unintelligent. Due to its geographic location in rural Kentucky, this is easily believed. However, although there is a large population of rural Kentucky citezens among the student body, the students at M.S.U. are heavily involved in research and original scholarly work, leading to grants and publications.
