There are so many places to get work done on campus, but personally, I think the best place is the upstairs of the library. It is a little study lounge with really comfy chairs, always very quiet, and a beautiful view overlooking our whole campus from the huge second story window. I grab my laptop, textbooks, frappe, and I'm good to go! Other places to get work done are in your dorm. Whether its in your dorm room, or one of the study lounges found in every dorm building. There are also various computer labs in many of the buildings. Some kids take their work to lunch to get it done. Some sit in the lounge outside the cafeteria to work. We also have on campus work study jobs, which is usually helping out in on of the many offices on campus, but if they don't have a job for you that day, you are allowed to work on homework. If it's nice out, you will see kids plopped down on various spots in the lawn, on a wall, or on a picnic table with their homework working diligently. There's no excuse not to get your work done here!

Our library was recently upgraded with a new Learning Commons area. This space has many computers, study rooms, arrangeable tables, and a writing center for students that need help citing and writing those pesky papers!

Because some of the buildings are old, they have all of these neat nooks and crannies that you can discover. Most people don't venture down to the basement of the Main building, so it is always quiet down there. The same is true for Academic hall, there are study rooms that most people overlook, so they are always available. And of course, the library.

There are plenty of chairs, tables, and couches where you can read or spread out to work on a project. Plus you have easy acess to books, computers (both desktops and laptops), printers, scanners, copies. They even have private rooms you can reserve for free to practice giving a presentation in.
