The friendliness, there is such a possitive atmosphere and everyone gets to know eachother well.
The class sizes (Nursing aside) are excellent, there's a lot of face time with the professors and they get to know you as both a student and person. In many larger schools this isn't the case; you're only a name that occasionally shows up on papers and tests. here the faculty and staff really get to know you.
