I wish I had known just how hard it was going to be, being a non-traditional student, transitioning back from the workforce to academics. Trying to switch careers requires a lot of time management skills and setting attainable goals. And if you work and attend school like I do, you'll find that a daily schedule or to do list is a must; things simply would not be completed otherwise.
