New College has only two drawbacks: the lack of grades complicates graduate applications, and the wonderful free-spirited ethos of the school (so much a benefit in so many other ways) does not adequately prepare students for the professional focus of some graduate programs.

The fact that although we are fairly liberal and have sometimes radical left wing thinkers, the people here are a bit bigotted sometimes, or they seem to not always practice what they preach in terms of tolerance. I have found it hard to get any moneys, for school.
The way we pick classes is last minute and unorganized. It would be much better to know months in advance which classes you are taking instead of the day of classes starting like at my school.
The cafeteria, but it just means that I absolutely had to learn how to cook my own food.
