The worst thing about Newan University (other than the parking) is the somewhat close-minded nature of the school. Not everyone who attends Newman is Catholic, students of alternative or no faith should be welcomed, not looked down upon.
The worst thing about my school would be the lack of diversity in elective classes. We only have a few choices when most colleges have more diverse and interesting courses. We have categories such as, art, drama, literature, and music. Most categories only have two classes available such as intro classes.
The worst thing is the lack of on-campus jobs available especially for student athletes like myself with a different schedule. Work-study on campus is a joke because there aren't opportunities available.
Cost of Education is very high and not much financial aid is given to their students and they take away grant money and work study programs for their students after their freshman year which is not fair.
