Any one who is interested in getting their Associates in the areas of study provided and is short on the ability to pay for their schooling. Those who are not able to pay a large amount per year would be greatly assisted by the low tuition.
Students who are unsure of what they would like to major in and would like to take a few different classes to feel out some different majors. Also a student who can not afford a 4 year college and needs to take classs, get a high GPA, and then apply for scholarships. Or maybe a person like myself who would ike to finish my degree in a shorter time, 2 years rather than 4.
