The here professors are very unique and acknowledges all of their students. Lab hours are great and professors are always available in school and out of school. The students here are like any other students, wanting a degree and very open about themselves.

Although I have only attended NCCC for one full semester I have already begun to find myself become immersed in the atmosphere the hard working staff and students offer. Overall, I am genuinely looking forward to what else I can discover in my next couple of years.

Lori

It's a small campus in a rural setting but that doesn't mean it's backwards. It's quite the opposite. I feel challenged by my classes and that I'm getting a quality education. I'll be transferring to a 4 year college and I don't think I'll be behind at all.

  2. What should every freshman at your school know before they start?

if i could go back in time and talk to myself as a senior in highschool, i would tell myself to pursue whatever dream i wanted because i am going to be supported by my family, friends adn professors through it all. i would also tell myself that college is a challenge but never to give up because my success is based on everything i learn in college. i would tell myself that im not the only one going into college and if i get stressed or dont know what to do, then to just ask. this is a transition into adulthood and people arent going to hold my hand every step of the way. i am expected to ask questions if im stuck on something. as a responsoble young adult, my obligations are now something i have to do on my own and not for someone else to tell me.
