Nichols College Top Questions

What are the most popular student activities/groups?

Diane

Since this was an evening graduate program, most folks went home after class. Though we did gather together for drinks after class from time to time. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Most work full-time and a lot of them have families too. They were a busy group, but very personable. Everyone was eager to help each other out.

All Clubs have a good rep to them. Sports have the greatest interest. We have a rugby club and hockey club that have gotten some good positive feed back in the last couple of years. Student ambassadors have a good interest, which gives tours to interested high school seniors. The ambassadors have a great working environment for a work study. If you want to make up a club, all you need is a sponsor and about 6 people to start it up. Students that reside in Shamie (freshman) tend to leave their doors open just because it opens up the room and gives people a chance to stop by. Other halls, people do not keep their doors open because most have a common room and people don’t want to leave the main door to their appt open.
