What's the most frustrating thing about your school?

Amber

Based on who becomes your academic advisor, it can be frustrating to get into all the classes needed for your major/minor. Some are only offered every other year, so you have to be careful not to miss these! As long as you stay on top of things and talk frequently with your advisor, things should work out okay in the end.

The most frustrating thing about my school is that we are on a trimester schedule. By the spring semester everyone is drained and doesn't feel like being at school anymore. You do not see your freinds as much and it is really boring because it's either you are getting prepared for fall sports or summer league or you are taking last minute classes so you won't have to stay ovet the summer. The most you can take is 12 credit hours so people will take 4 classes in ten weeks and have to pass all of them.

Angelica

The most frustrating thing i would have to say is the food in the kaufman. But the cage food is delicious! The same food gets boring, so the cage definetly gives extra spice!

Madeleine

The campus clears out on the weekends, so it makes it hard to develop friendships as a new student. As a late transfer student, it was more difficult to meet people on campus who hadn't already formed a group of friends.

Lisa

I cannot think of anything that is frustrating on campus.

Megan

Fans. We have great athletics here, but it's hard to get students to events since they have classes, or homework to take care of. I would like to stress that it is so important for student-athletes to feel encouraged by their teammates. Thus, I am frustrated with the lack fo support for my fellow students. As a volleyball player, we want to get the gym packed and feed of the crowd's energy!

Lisa

I would have to say that the most frustrating thing about school is the competition in sports. I play soccer, and it gets very frustrating when you cannot win a game after working so hard. I do not think anything about the academic aspect is frustrating, it can just be a challenge at times.

Sarah

Questions never get answered and there is a huge emphasis on grades/academic probation avoidance, yet not much is done to help.
