If I could rewind time and go back a year to my senior year in highschool my best advice to myself would be to truly enjoy the time you have there. As cliche as it sounds its true. College is a completely different ballgame, the work load is alot heavier and you do not have the same faces in every class, every day like you do in high school. Senior year of highschool is your last time to be a kid without most of the responsibilites of being an adult. Don't get me wrong, college is great and being treated as an adult is definitely a perk, but don't forget to cherish the time you have, while you have it. Soon, everyone will be off to different colleges, and you won't see half of the people you see now. Sure, you'll keep your close friends, but everything changes. College will be a great new adeventure in your life, but don't forget to slow down and enjoy the ride.

There is no going back in time. The decisions you make now will affect you for the rest of your life. I think that I have made all of the right decisions so far and I will continue to do so in my academic career and beyond.

Dear Jayson, I don't know how to really explain this to you, but I'm you from the future. It's 2013, and you've had a lot of crazy years. The point of this is to tell you about transitioning to college life. Going to Erie Community College will be decent for you. It's cheaper than most 4 year schools, and you'll get a good education. You need to pay attention though. School is more important than working at Wilson Farms or spending time with Rebecca. Just make sure to take a History class so that you can transfer to UB sooner once you leave the Military. School is fun, and you'll take a lot of really good classes and meet great people both in the military and in college. Take advantage of the Tuition Assistance program while you're in the Army. This will allow you to get closer to your education goals. Work hard, eat right, exercise, take everything in stride and you'll be in a slightly better position than I am now. I will tell you that you'll be very happy when you meet Masami.

If I were given the opportunity to go back in time and meet with my past self, I would probably advise myself from not getting involved with our family business. I made a horrible choice by getting licensed as an insurance agent and now regret not finishing my education. If I were given a second chance, I would've definitely finished my college education and pursued a career in which I would actually be happy.

I would not change anything about my high school years. I was not able to become a student until I was independent from my parents. I would have still waited to go to college mostly due to becoming more mature in the process, and having the mental readiness to succeed at college.

Knowing what I know now, I would tell myself that there is nothing wrong with starting at a community college. The education is phenomenal, and the teachers are very accommodating. The school should fit the student, and a community college is a great place to start out in. All the transfer opportunities are just a bonus if a student wants to go on to a bachelor?s degree. Not that there?s anything wrong with an associate?s degree, of course.

If I could talk to myself as a high school senior, I would try to figure out what I thought my life would be like in 10-15 years. An 18 year old may not even think that far ahead into the future, though. Would I have thought about whether I'd be a parent and what type of profession would I feel passionate about. What type of profession would offer me a work schedule that would allow me a balance in my life. If I had children, would I wish to be home with them to greet them after school and help them with their studies? Since I have been to college previously, I've had the opportunity to experience a variety of employment situations. The advice I would offer would be to move forward with an education and profession that I'd feel personally rewarded by, not monetarily, but an education that would provide me with the foundation to be employed in a profession that would make me feel like I had made a positive impact in the world but also a profession that allowed me to maintain equilibrium between my personal and professional lives.

I would tell myself to stay in high school and go on to college. Knowing what I know now about not finishing high school and going on to college I would tell myself not to give up. Going back to school has been a great experience for me. Wish I had never passed it up when I did. I do not believe I would have had as a hard time in life had I not given up. The transition has been smooth and rewarding.

The compare to high school years that the college life is not as easy as it seems. College is pretty tough but you got to be focus when your there. ALways be prepare for anything. Work hard, pay attention, and be on time for class. Because college is differ from high school. Back in high school I was a little kid but now that I''m attending college I'm more mature now.

I would love to to go back and in a sense start over. Knowing what I now know in life, I do believe schooling is the most important thing we need to succeed. I would go back and start college immediatley following High School. I would of worked less and concentrated more on schooling, because in the long run money isn't what it seems and without a degree you'll never make what you could.

I would tell myself to really think about what hobbies I had that made me happy, go with one of those and finish school no matter what. School is so important and having a degree in your field of interest allows you to have that career that is fulfilling and rewarding instead of just a job. Don't settle for just a job, take the time and invest in yourself school and training to get ahead. Waiting to have enough money or enough time to go back to school doesn't work, do it now, there is no better time.

I would tell myself not to panic about not knowing what i want to do with my life.
