It is the first college in Colorado to have a Wind Tubine Program. NJC is fully commited to providing a top notch program for this new boom in the energy field. The industry, administration, and faculty, are commited to sending qualified and compitant technitions into the field. Wind turbines are complex and potencially dagerous machines but if maintaned properly will turn out many years of clean, economical energy safely.

NJC's teachers really care about you. I feel like I've learned more in my classes there than I did in high school. The teachers know your name and are willing to work with you every step of the way so that you succeed. I feel like it's a great education and they offer a lot of scholarship money and everything is so affordable.

The best thing about my school is the class size. At my school our class size is on average 22 students. With this size of class we are able to seek help and develop better skills. The teacher is able to focus on each of our abilities individually.
