Kylee - 05/23/2023

My opinion on Northeastern State University is overall positive. They have been nothing but welcoming and making me feel like that is the university I belong at. I could not be more excited for what my future holds there and the many friendships I will create a long the way. NSU said it best “you belong here”.

I think that we are a great school for some careers and degrees, but there are some that are terrible. Look at our specialties, like education and optometry, before deciding to come here with a pre-planned degree in mind.

Caitlin

I think it is a very good school overall to attend. There are many opportunities for students to get involved. The teachers are very helpful and have regular office hours to help students if they have a question. The housing offered is good. There are multiple places for students to live at variety of costs.

For me, small class sizes and strong extral curricular activities werevery important. If was a way for me to keep my life balanced. Choose a college that will put you in a position to build friendships and succed. Do not let a large enrollment number or strentgh of the football team make your decision for you, that life is not for everyone. It is important to surround yourself with people of similar interests and a hunger for personal growth.
