Describe the best and worst parts of the social scene on campus.

Northeastern Unfortunately does not have widely available official Fraternity/Sorority Housing. That being said, our center-city location helps to make up for it. The Boylston Street strip of bars is within a 15 minute walk, and students are always going to Fraternity Row at MIT or BU. Northeastern also has 2 bars that are effectively on campus, these places are always packed Thursday-Saturday night. To break it down, the best part of NU is the wide variety of places to go, and our centralized Boston location. The worst by far is the lack of Greek Housing, yet after you get used to this, it is not such a big deal. Groups manage to cope with this, and the parties here are still very fun and very plentiful.
