the nature, this place is a city within a wilderness. It is not hard to get anywhere on or off campus. For any major active in environmental sciences, forestry, geology, even anthropology, this place is like your own backyard.

The best thing about my school is the people. I have made a lot of friends and I can always count on someone to be up to hanging out, studying, and just having fun whenever.

The best aspect of my school relates to my major. I enjoy the amount of posititive interaction between myself and all the members of the Health Science building. Everyone here is very friendly and open to questions, comments and concerns regarding any part of my college life. The professors here are very engaging in class as well as friendly enough to speak with afterwards, but still keep their presence known as being a college professor.

The best thing about my school is the College of Education. This school has the best school of education in the state, and those who wish to become the best teacher they can possibly be tend to choose Northern Arizona University. The faculty is extremely knowledgeable and professional. As a student, I know that I can always seek the advice of one of my professors when in need.

The best thing about NAU is that the people here?students and staff alike?embrace diversity. People of a different race, ethnicity, social class, gender/sexual identity, and/or sexual orientation are welcomed with smiles and open arms. This is better than anything else I could say about my school because it affects everything else in a positive way. Diversity brings variety and excitement to class discussions, and it also exposes the campus to different points of view. The great range of diversity also brings a lot of student activism to the campus. The best thing about NAU is diversity.

I think my school is located in a great place. Some would argue that there isn't much to do here, but I think it's a peaceful place. It has all the stores and restaurants one person could ever need. Plus, there are great things to do here. People just need to know where to look.
