Someone who isn't afraid of a challenge.
I think Northwestern is the best bet for anyone who wants to study journalism--they have a really great program.
A person who wants a good education, but still wants parts of a typical college experience, including Division I sports, Greek life, etc.
NU is great about their diverse population. As long as you are a hard worker, you will find your place at the school.
A student serious about his or her theological studies, training, and ministry calling.
Someone who should attend this school should be academically capable of a top 15 school. It is important to be able to focus on your education but should also be able to use the activities and resources available to them in order to be successful. There are many types of people that attend this school and I believe there is a place for most everyone at this school.
Intellectual, open-minded.
A student that is passionate about his or her future and has multiple interests should attend Northwestern. Primarily, students interested in any artistic or communicative field should attend Northwestern because there is an emphasis on the School of Communication and the Medill School of Journalism. Not to say that the engineering program and science programs are weak, but Northwestern is unique amongst the top level schools in that they offer the best degree for the more liberal of arts. Also, someone excited about activities more than partying. Someone looking to party all four years should avoid Northwestern.
Any type of person can attend this school. There are very outgoing people, greek life and partiers. There are also very cool students that work hard and still party. And there are also students that don't party at all but still have a good time. Overall, I'm happy about the type of students that attend my school. It is ethically diverse as well except there are not very many African Americans.
Someone who is confident about themselves and willing to work very hard.
Anyone who is into research and is looking for a school with a good balance of academic challenge and fun social life. This is an extremely well rounded school and it makes me sad how people don't know about Northwestern when it is a great school.
Someone who wants a great job, and wants to meet people who are just as driven.
Hard working, intelligent, and those that are willing to make sacrifices for their future. Northwestern will prove to be a great supplement to your academic career along with the rest of your life as long as you are diligent and apt.
Goal-oriented students.
Someone who is driven to succeed and open to new experiences.
Someone who is a serious student but who still has a large need to have fun and enjoy themselves.
