Anyone not wanting to learn or try and better themselves. Going to college is not for the light hearted it is a lot of work. The students who go must be willing to find time to do the homework and study.
It is unfair to say that there is one particular type of person that should not attend this school. Ocean County College is for anyone no matter what their education level happens to be. As long as you have a motivation and the determination to do well in school OCC is the place for you.
