I wish I had known how to be more open so that I could share in the experiences with my classmates. Collaboration is so important in college. You learn to work together to achieve goals. It helps to have other opinions so that you don't exist in a world all your own. It is important to participate in discussions and share in everyone's insights. By doing this you learn more about yourself, others, and the degree you are working toward. Learning helps you grow and mature as you reach for your goals.
I am happy with my knowledge that I had of my school before I went there. Because it is a regional campus, it is a good way to get college credits built up for less than a traditional university. The one thing I really wish I would have known before I started is more about other schools though. My plan was always to transfer out of the university I'm at now. Most people do it that way there. The problem is it's so expensive, and I'm having a hard time finding somewhere affordable.
