Oklahoma Baptist University is best known for its rich Southern Baptist tradition. Every aspect of learning is based around the doctrine of the Baptist Church found in the Holy Bible. OBU is known for its fantastic School of Fine Arts, which I am proud to be a part of. The professors care about their students' success and make time to meet with their students on a one-on-one basis as often as they can. The Church Music program includes opportunities for its students to apply what they learn in class on the field at various churches.

My school is best known for its traditions and legacy. We are the one university that is known throughout the United States.

It's very well known for the nursing program as well as the business programs. My favorite is the English program and the professors we have in that department. Most OBU students will say that the best part of our university is the student-professor relationship. My professors genuinely care about me as a student AND as an individual.

I think that one of the things that OBU is most known for is it's high level of academics as well as it's desire to see students suceed in whatever they do. Teachers and faculty are definitely dedicated to seeing students acheive their goals and go out of their way to help students in whatever way they can.

My school is best known for academic success followed by graduate degrees or successful jobs. We are also involved in the community and desire to make an impact on the world.

I'd say my school is best know for the people that go here and the faculty - everyone is really nice and willing to help anyone.
