This will be my first year at Oral Roberts University. There are some things that bother me already, however. The school is very strict on behavior. Students are not allowed to have sex or drink. I think that is incredibly narrow-minded of the school. College is a place where you learn about yourself and become an adult, so why does this school insist on treating its students like children?
The women's basketball coaches were the most frustrating part about my school. I love the school but the coaches have made my time so far to be very miserable, unfortunately.
Overall, Oral Roberts University is an outstanding school, but one thing that frustrates me is curfew. Although I understand why the principle is set into place, I wish it coud be a little latter or even nonexistent.
Probably the curfew however I realize that it is for my good and that I really do not need to be out that late. However there is the occassion that i wish I could be out just a little bit later.
the most frustrating thing about my school is that i feel like some important information about attending here was not communicated to me before i started. there were many things that i never found out until i arrived. another frustrating thing is the dress code. it is very strict. it is hard adjusting the meal times that they have here. they are very different from what i am used to.
that it is in a city with a lot of wind.
Students attending who mock Christian things. That and curfew.
The most frustrating thing about my school is that there are people who attend the school who complain about everything that goes on at the school. They obiviously either were forced to go there because it is a Christian school, or they are there for simply just sports. They act like they do not know what the school was founded off of. They constantly complain and never learn to accept the heritage and history of the school.
Their inflexibility with living on campus and their meal plans. Also their rules are too conservative and out-dated and the fact that certain events are required, resulting in a fine if we do not attend.
The most frustrating thing about my school is the food quality of the cafeteria food.
High cost of attending this university. I graduated with almost $50,000 worth of debt, and I had a lot of scholarships. It also is a little frustrating when you are an upperclassman and still ahve to live on campus.
The most frustrating thing is how EXPENSIVE it is. :(
The workload is the most frustrating part because I have so much to do and it makes it difficult to balance my social life. I struggle financially so that becomes a stresser. There is not enough time in the day to get all the work done.
You have to live in the dorms until you are 25
I dont think there is anything that frustrates me!
Finding financial support is very hard. It costs a lot of money to attend school here.
