If you are not ready to read and study hard. College is vastly different from high school. You need to be independent and be able to show up on time for each class; attendance is huge at Penn College. You must put an effort into your education.

I believe students who are considering majoring in Nursing should not attend this school. Since this college accepts an open enrollment it may take 4+ years just to be accepted into the program. Not worth it. Go some were else.

People that do not like to work with hands.

This school is open to pretty much every type of person. There are all kinds of social groups but they do tend to stick together which ahppends anywhere you go so it is expected. I would say if you think you have a chance with a career for sports not to come here because we don't get much sport attention or even have a football team.

A person who is not sure what they want to do careerwise.

Kids who do not like small class room settings, kids who do not enjoy hearing about drinking on the weekends.

This is more of a hands-on school and not as much a book school.
